What it does
Smart Booking — Type "Vivian with Hesham tomorrow 7pm" and the system creates the session. It handles misspelled names, parses natural dates, and figures out who's the student vs. instructor. Or use the structured form if you prefer to click. Both ways work.
Money tracking that doesn't lie — Every payment is logged with who received it, when, and how (cash, InstaPay, or bank). A unified Pending Collections dashboard shows at a glance what students owe, what staff are holding in their pocket, and what the studio owes back. Money held by one staff member can be transferred to another during shift changes, with a full audit trail.
Student wallets — Students can pay in advance and the credit applies automatically to future classes. Class debts and prepayments are tracked separately so you always know the real balance.
Instructor payouts — Each instructor's rates (single, couple, group) are configured once. The system calculates their cut automatically when a class is marked attended, with two strategies for group-class splits.
Role-based access — Admin, Moderator, Receptionist, Instructor, and Student roles. Each sees only what they need. Staff dashboards show today's schedule and pending money; instructors see their own classes and payout summary; students see their balance and upcoming sessions.
Complete audit log — Every payment, booking change, login, transfer, and edit is logged. If something looks wrong, you can trace exactly who did what and when.
Email notifications — Booking created, edited, cancelled, or moved. Students and instructors get notified automatically when something changes.
Active/Inactive controls — No accidental data loss. Users, students, and instructors can be deactivated but never deleted. Historical records stay intact.

PHP 8.4, Laravel 11, Filament v3 admin panel, MySQL. Runs on standard cPanel shared hosting — no special infrastructure needed.
Who it's for
Studio owners with 1-3 instructors and up to a few hundred students who need to stop losing track of money and time. If your current "system" is a notebook or a shared Google Sheet, this replaces it cleanly.
